This project is approx. 800 sq. ft and consists of a dining room, kitchen, 1 bedroom with en-suite, 1 utility room, 1 stove room, works to external garden and removal of existing conservatory. This project is on programme and budget and the client is keen to have extra works carried out which Prestige is happy to carry out at a fair rate to both parties.

Because of this being a single-story extension, we have incorporated extra light by putting in electrically operated Velux windows. This project is also heavily insulated to eradicate heat loss and make the building more eco-friendly.

Prestige hope to complete this project by early March 2017.
