We constructed this private dwelling for our client on the site where a previous dwelling had to be demolished. The dwelling consisted of 4 bedrooms each with en-suite, lounge, family room, kitchen, utility room, hall, stairs and spacious landing. All rooms are finished with Laura Ashley paintwork and furnished with oak doors, oak flooring and stone tiles to utility room, kitchen and family room area. The roof to the house and double garage are covered with Spanish slate.

The floor area of the new dwellings is 2180 sq. ft and the double garage is approx.. 400 sq. ft. The heating system to the house is an oil-fired boiler also linked into the AGA cooker in the kitchen. This project came in on programme and budget.
